Graduation Party for One Smart Cookie!

Graduation Wreath made using LoraLee Lewis One Smart Cookie Printable

This week we had  a last minute, very small graduation party for our oldest! He graduated from Pre-K and his school doesn’t do a graduation ceremony or anything but of course, that didn’t stop me. We borrowed a cap and gown from a good friend, took some “graduation” pictures and lastly threw him a well-deserved graduation party.  If you have read my blog before you know that my boys LOVE their cookies. They are the reason after all that I came up with a special cookie recipe they can eat {they are allergic to gluten and casein among other things} and the reason I started my Etsy shop, Two Prince , where I sell these cookies {shameless plug :)}.
So when I searched graduation parties and saw the One Smart Cookie theme, Iquickly ran with it. This party was literally planned overnight because the stars aligned and some of the very special people that we wanted in attendance could all make it the very next day so here it is! I think it turned out rather cute for such a rush job!

One Smart Cookie Gluten/Casein free Graduation Dessert Table

Glass milk bottles with Garnish paper straws and Polka dot flags
Cookie Push up pops embellished with Lauren McKinsey graduation printables
and Culinary Direct clear Push up pops with lids
Since I had to plan this party overnight I was unable to bake everything from scratch so I
used Enjoy Life allergen free soft baked chocolate chip cookies and Cherrybrook Kitchen
Chocolate Frosting
Cookie Bakery Box with polka dot ribbon and paper cookie accent
Custom graduation frame using Lauren McKinsey printables

One Smart Cookie Party Favors using Nothing but Country free printables

Graduation balloons with Polka Dot Market balloons

Graduation bubbles from Michaels on graduation cap
Paper Mache apple also from Michaels

One Smart Cookie Cake, gluten/casein free on Home Goods Polka dot cake stand
Cookie cake was made using Cherrybrook Kitchen Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
and Chocolate Frosting Mix

The graduate standing next to his One Smart Cookie Wreath and his favorite,
Polka Dot Market balloon

I had most of these items on hand, and the few things I needed such as the graduation themed balloons, bubbles, etc. where very easy to get.  The free printables saved me because I always keep good card stock at home so I was able to print everything out to style the party.  We always have Polka Dot Market balloons on hand {reminds me I need to replenish my stash}as well as a Balloon Time disposable helium tank for any last minute party prep. Hope you get a few ideas from this One Smart Cookie party!
